Visit the World Heritage churches
In addition to its magic legends and beautiful landscapes, the Chiloé archipelago has majestic wooden temples that date back to the 18th century. The 16 churches, declared World Heritage Sites by UNESCO, form the “Route of the Chiloé Churches”.
These churches at the end of the world are just a few of the area’s main attractions due to their architecture, which perfectly combine Spanish design and the island’s techniques and materials.
